Sarah is based in the office, taking phone calls, answering queries that come in via emails, Facebook etc, managing the accounts, payroll, quotes, invoices and basically anything else that needs doing in the office! She also ensures the engineers work schedules run to schedule and let's the customers know if there is a delay for any reason.
Stuart joined the team in Nov 2019 after carrying our his gas portfolio with us during the summer. He is Gas Safe registered including unvented heating systems.
Stuart's main work is servicing and installations of gas boilers.
Specialising in breakdowns and repairs, but also assisting on installation and servicing. Dan is Gas Safe, has domestic LPG qualifications and is also qualified to work on unvented heating systems.
