We are now learning to live with covid, but still have procedures in place.
We understand if any of our customers wish to cancel, even at short notice and there will be no penalty charges, unless materials have been ordered for boiler installations, in which case a restocking charge may apply. These cancellation spaces will be firstly made available to breakdowns that have come in through the day, and then open to anyone who has expressed a wish to go on our cancellation list for any other reason.
Our appointments are not set in stone. We may need to cancel at short notice if one of our engineers become unwell. Whilst we understand this can be frustrating if you've waited weeks for an appointment, we ask for your patience during this difficult time and we will reschedule to our next available slot. We may also have an issue down the line with our supply chain and so certain jobs, we may struggle to carry out. We will be in touch should this happen and reschedule.
Although we are now learning to live with covid, please be responsible towards our engineers. If you are feeling unwell, we're still recommending that you tell us so we can rearrange your appointment. We all have vulnerable family members and we'd like to minimise the risk of passing on anything to them where we can.
If our engineers feel unsafe for any reason within a home, we reserve the right to leave and a minimum charge will apply.
Once the job has been completed, you will receive an invoice either by email or through the post, which can be paid by bank transfer, card over the phone or cheque through the post.
If you have any further questions/queries, please feel free to get in touch.
